Your financial life is like a 1,000 piece puzzle. Let's put it together together.
What does it cost?
Annual retainer for Entrepreneurial Wealth Coaching and financial advice
The annual retainer is for ongoing Entrepreneurial Wealth Coaching, collaboration with other professionals, and regular meetings to review your business income and financial needs, personal financial needs, and progress towards your goals. There is an initial investment for financial planning, and a monthly retainer thereafter.
The cost varies based on your unique needs and goals, with a minimum of $5,000 for initial planning and increasing from there based on revenue, business factors, personal factors, and other relevant information. The majority of the expense is deductible by the business, with $500 of the total being a personal financial planning expense (not deductible by the business). The monthly retainer starting in month two is a minimum of $500 per month, and is typically deductible by the business. Always consult with your tax advisor about specifics of deductibility.
If you are part of a business partnership, specific offerings are available that are above and beyond what's listed here. Inquire for details.
You'll pay a percentage of assets managed each month for investment management, varying depending on the types of investments and how they are managed. No matter what we choose, my team and I will provide consistent, ongoing investment monitoring tailored to your specific goals and needs. There is not a specific asset minimum to work with me like there is at other firms, rather it's a consideration of your business and personal cash flow and ability to build wealth going forward.
Investment management fees are a combination between fees for day to day trading and portfolio building, and for ongoing strategy and implementation. Investment management is billed as a percentage of assets managed, and only billed on accounts managed by X² Wealth Planning and Juncture Wealth Strategies. Fee schedule is as follows:
1.75% per year (billed monthly) for balances under $1,000,000
1.5% for balances between $1,000,001 to $3,000,000
1.25% for balances between $3,000,001 to $5,000,000
1.0% for balances between $5,000,001 to $10,000,000
0.85% for balances over $10,000,001
Outside assets like real estate, outside retirement plans, business entities, private investments, etc. are always considered in your planning, and fiduciary advice on those assets is covered by the financial planning agreement (all clients must be on a financial planning retainer in addition to investment management).
